About the REDD Desk

About

The REDD Desk is a new collaborative platform for REDD and REDD Readiness, initiated by the Global Canopy Programme and the Forum on Readiness for REDD, represented by the Woods Hole Research Center. 

Although in its infancy, many organisations and individuals are already supporting this collaborative effort by adding their knowledge and resources to the site. Visitors to the site will be able to see who has contributed, and share their own material.

The REDD Desk is currently in beta, meaning it is still a work in progress. During this period, The Overseas Development Institute, the Stockholm Environment Institute, and the UN-REDD Programme have generously offered their advice and support to help the formation of the site, and the services it offers to the REDD Readiness community.

We invite you to do the same by contacting us with your comments about the beta site so far, and what you would like to see from the REDD Desk in the future.
