The Observatory aims to monitor and evaluate the socio-economic and environmental prevention, mitigation and / or adaptation measures to the adverse effects and risks associated with climate change. It establishes indicators, conducts prospective analysis on climate, gathers information on climate change, implements preventive actions and builds capacities of other institutions.
