The event will be chaired by Dr. Nguyen Ba Ngai, Deputy Director General, Viet Nam Administration of Forestry and H.E. Ambassador Ståle Torstein Risa, Royal Norwegian Embassy. Facilitator will be Dr. Pham Manh Cuong of the Vietnam REDD+ Office. Expected participants are members of the network, MARD & VNFOREST’s Departments and Provinces: Lam Dong, Bac Kan, Son La, Ha Tinh, Binh Thuan, Ca Mau.
