The Guyana Forestry Commission Bill  repeals and replaces the Guyana Forestry Commission Act 1979, re-establishes the Guyana Forestry Commission (GFC), and provides for incidental matters. The Bill establishes the GFC, the responsibilites for the Commisoner of Forests and the financial basis for the GFC.
