Interim REDD+ Partnership Agreement public hearing phase closed
A REDD+ Partnership has been called for by 54 countries at a high level meeting in Paris. A core group of those countries prepared a Draft Partnership Agreement and they welcome comments till 12th May.
Countries are expected to join the voluntary partnership at the end of May at the upcoming Oslo Conference, and the purpose of the partnership is to scale up and collaborate on REDD+ efforts and fast track financing.
Further information about the process is available on the Oslo Climate and Forests Conference website and relevant resources can be found in our Resource Centre.
