Tropical Forest Group

The Tropical Forest Group (TFG) catalyzes policy, science and advocacy to conserve and restore the planet’s remaining tropical forests. TFG works urgently and responsibly to save tropical forests, fight climate change and improve the lives of local people. TFG is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization registered as a corporation in the State of California. We are an accredited observer to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. TFG has one full time Director, several part-time Staff, seventeen Affiliates, five Board Members and three Advisors. Several hundred volunteers have helped TFG over the past few years.
