World Wildlife Fund (Mexico)

WWF Mexico was established in 1968 and since then has expanded its activities to include the protection species, the provision of technical and financial resources for research, the training of conservation leaders and the conservation of local habitats and Ecoregions through the development of specific field projects. Within its climate program the organization supports the development of REDD+ in Mexico by implementing workshops, papers and other activities.  With Funding from the British Embassy, WWF created and maintained the National REDD+ Web platform.
