Forest Law Enforcement and Governance in Kenya

This report is one of the preliminary analytical studies on the status of FLEG in Kenya. It is basically a desk study, based on the many reports and review documents prepared in the last six years during whic h the draft forest policy and the Forests Act (2005) were under preparation.
